Your home is ready to be listed
Your file, including the starter package, is complete. Your home is placed on Funda.nl with a Funda Complete package, so it really stands out on the largest housing platform in the Netherlands. We also post it on our social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram, and your home is listed on our website and Pararius.nl. Our for-sale sign can go up, and viewing appointments can now be scheduled.

Viewings and negotiations
Your home is presented attractively and viewers respond enthusiastically. We guide the viewings and also handle the negotiation process. Once agreement is reached with a buyer, we draw up the purchase agreement.

Congratulations, your home is sold
Once your home is sold, we arrange the final inspection together with the buyer — including recording the meter readings — and you hand over the keys to the buyer at the notary's office. And for the move itself, our free moving van and moving boxes are ready for you.
