Dennis Teinveld

Dennis Teinveld has been an estate agent since 2000 and an NVM member since 2009, which makes him an appraiser as well as an agent. He believes it's important that clients feel welcome the moment they walk into the office.

Before entering real estate, Dennis studied computer science. His interest lay mainly in building websites. "Turning an idea into something technical — I love that." But sitting alone behind a computer all day wasn't for Dennis. So after a year he stopped his IT studies and switched to a dedicated degree in real estate, in which he graduated.

Dennis joined IMMO Arie van der Lee in December 2002. Eager to learn and a perfectionist, he wanted to be able to carry out every part of the job independently and fully qualified. So he completed an evening course in Nieuwegein and became an NVM member in 2009.

Dennis is empathetic, patient, and meticulous. A man with great sensitivity who values atmosphere and feeling. He's also a go-getter: when Dennis has a goal in mind, he gives it his full hundred percent. You'll find him at the IMMO Arie van der Lee office Monday through Thursday.

As a proud father of four, Dennis prefers to spend his free time with his family: "We do all sorts of things together. From swimming to climbing in the woods." All year round, even in winter, Dennis mans the barbecue. The secret recipe for his homemade burgers and chicken skewers is world-famous within the Teinveld family. "The kids are crazy about them. When I say the barbecue's going on, they're already cheering."
