The face of IMMO Arie van der Lee. Anyone who stops by the office is greeted first by Elly Oudhoff's friendly smile. After twenty years in the graphics industry as an office manager, she chose the charm of real estate in May 2015. "At IMMO Arie van der Lee the work is more varied, broader, and I'm in closer contact with clients."
As head of the back office, Elly handles all internal matters and keeps IMMO Arie van der Lee running. That comes with several important responsibilities. She takes care of part of the financial administration, makes sure purchase deeds are drawn up, and registers new listings. "Chasing outstanding invoices is actually my favorite part."
With several diplomas to her name, Elly knows her business. Among other things, she holds a practical bookkeeping diploma and graduated in office management and as a junior secretary.
Elly is at the office Monday through Friday, and every other Saturday too. In her free time she loves walking her two dogs, Lilly and Bailey. "I don't get around to it often, but when I have time to spare, I love to read. Preferably thrillers or gripping detectives." What can you wake Elly up for in the middle of the night? "Sushi!"
