Zino Groen joined our team in the summer of 2025. He's currently hard at work on his training to become an estate agent and, eventually, an appraiser; the hands-on experience he's gaining now is a valuable complement to that. Thanks to his background in retail, customer focus and service with a smile are at the heart of everything he does.
Before switching to real estate, Zino was active in retail for years. He held various roles: from a management position within a supermarket chain to a position of trust as the right hand of a jewelry store owner. The move to real estate, where all of this comes together seamlessly, was a logical choice for this enthusiastic professional.
June 2025 marked Zino's start at IMMO Arie van der Lee. Complementing the broad experience within our team, he not only supports the agents in the field but also takes on various back-office tasks. Zino is eager to learn, capable, and highly empathetic. Maintaining a good working atmosphere, being open to clients' unique situations, and providing the right guidance are central to how he works. Zino only feels satisfied once he's supported a client to the very best of his ability.
Zino is the proud father of a young son and prefers to spend his free time with his family and friends. With a strong preference for spring and summer, he loves enjoying the sun in Almere. "A walk through Almere Duin, sitting on a terrace in the Havenkom, or taking in the shopping streets of Almere Centrum — I love it!"
