More transactions, but prices keep rising
We like to keep you up to date on housing market developments. Here are the figures for the Flevoland region for the fourth quarter of 2024.
As is well known, house prices keep rising, which is particularly difficult for first-time buyers. Transaction prices have risen sharply, especially for terraced houses. There is a bright spot, though: the number of transactions increased by 18% compared to the fourth quarter of 2023. So more homes have come onto the market. The average time a home is up for sale is just 24 days.
